Guess whose coming to dinner?

Also, what the hell is the law school teaching these kids? For real, they think they have a first amendment right to speak at a private residence where they are invited as a guest? That's an automatic F in Con Law!

Dean Chereminksy is Jewish, so this is in exceptionally poor taste. You can see Chereminsky & Fisk revoke her easement right by notifying her that she is no longer welcome at their house. The student's insistence that 1st Amendment rights allows her to trespass clearly shows she doesn't understand the law.

There are no winners here.

The student for being a rude guest (at best) and totally misunderstanding the effectiveness of her "protest". The student joins the Shops with a Fist brigade.

Professor Fisk for losing her cool.

Evan Corcoran - one of the few competent lawyers on Trump's legal team (the one handling the Secret Documents hiding case) has quit. Apparently, he told the truth to a Grand Jury that Trump told him to obstruct justice. He will still likely be subpeened by Jack Smith.

Speaker Johnson and Trump want to push a bill through the House to ban non-US Citizens from voting in US elections. I would guess that the senior US lawmakers who tried to overthrow US democracy via a coup in 2020 is greater than the number of illegal immigrants who tried to vote

they have 2 very winnable games left and could be as high as 8 if things go well. on the other hand, the W's seem to make it as hard as possible on themselves at all times ..

Dear Mr. Watterson (Netflix, 8/19 WNB). It's a fan love letter to the comic strip Calvin & Hobbes. I am a huge fan. I literally have only two books on my nightstand - one being the compendium of C&H - but it lacks Watterson himself or much actual C&H content, but a lot of talking heads about how they they loved the comic. The film does feature Stephan Pastis (UC Berkeley, BA Poli Sci 1989) of Pearls before Swine fame. Skip this doc.
