In a nutshell, Saturday's effort was a clear indicator that Wilcox has no clue what to do when the team gets behind. Moreover, there is no leadership in the program.
Wins shouldn't be the only yardstick by which Wilcox's performance is evaluated. He should be evaluated on the leadership of his coaching staff and his starters.
