DBD 2026-05-28: Orvieto Chicken salad

This is the chicken salad that HSB, HSB wife, and I had in Orvieto Italy.

Green sauce: Chopped fresh dill, parsley, oregano, and thyme vigorously mixed with olive oil.

Shredded chicken (I use dark meat) with mayo, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil with the green sauce.

Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of it nor do I have ingredients amounts. I basically add amounts until it tastes good.
