Just heard an interesting tidbit on the news; today is the 15th anniversary of youtube videos. The first one ever was a guy at the elephant exhibit at the zoo (they showed a clip from it; looked interesting). Boy, did that take off.
I thought the popcorn jellybeans were good on its own, but it doesn't go well with other flavors. I recall being quite annoyed by the number of popcorn beans that I got from the large bag of bellyflops when I visited the Jelly Belly factory...which was 15-16 years ago.
Everybody will have their favorite, but there is no such thing as worst. Kind of like too much bandwidth or too much pitching, it is a concept that can not exist.
I took No 3 there last summer. The first time I've ever been. The kids had gone with their mom and her parents (they live in Benicia) way back when before we moved.
Actual sentence from me to the 17 year old the other day: “it’s okay to not go to the highest ranked school you got into - I mean I got into Cal and went to SC.”

I'll gladly pay more for better quality TP at Costco like Charmin Ultra (preferable), or Cottonelle, or Quilted Northern Ultra. Kirkland Signature is my last choice. Unfortunately that's what I've got now since due to the hoarding that was the only option they had about 4-5 weeks ago.
I was the same way with Kleenex Ultra soft. I Don't like any other facial tissues. When I had a bad cold with a runny nose I found the Kleenex Ultra Soft with Lotion was better. Less chafing below my nostrils.
Oh I never thought of that. I usually just use whatever tshirt I'm wearing. My two pairs of glasses are probably 8-9 years old. There are some light scratches but they aren't deep enough that they bother me.
My wife has always preferred Scott’s toilet paper, I don’t care, but every old person who visits complains every time like she’s actually going to source special bum wiping supplies for them
We have been a Northern quilted operation for some time, but based on it being what was in the store at 6:01 AM, as reported earlier, going to try the Charmin. If Scootie endorses it, as I read earlier, then I'm sure it will be excellent.
The bargain basement toilet paper my wife picked up at Target the other day (it was all they had). It's thin enough that you can see your hand through it if you hold a single ply.

The local Safeway had it once when I was there in the last month. CVS has been empty. The only place that seems to have it on any regular basis is the mini-Target.
We had a *MAJOR* breakthrough this morning. The household shopper for just the second time since the stay at home started was able to get some TP this morning. At 6:01 (in a store that opened at 6:00) had about 3 packages left.
I haven't seen any at Costco since February. Wegman's usually has six-packs of their own brand (which isn't bad, actually), but they were out last time I was there.
do you go right when they open? I know that for at least a few weeks the TP was gone probably within the first couple of hours. Not sure if they currently get shipments every day and stay stocked.
I've gone twice since the lockdown, once about an hour after they opened and once several hours after they opened. When we're due for another trip, I'll try getting there shortly before they open. Other than TP, they've consistently been surprisingly well stocked.
Speaking of wine, I found a new pairing for a new dish the wife has been making. She has been making a roasted cauliflower, onion, garbanzo bean & a little yellow bell pepper dish, over pearl couscous, Indian spices, with a side of yogurt (cool things down) and cilantro chutney.
I tried various big reds Zin, Syrah, or Rioja, but those weren't a perfect match. Last night I went the other direction with a Vinho Verde Rose, and I think that worked better.

"President Donald Trump suggested the possibility of an “injection” of disinfectant into a person infected with coronavirus as a coronavirus deterrent at the White House daily briefing on Thursday.
Trump made the remark after Bill Bryan, a Department of Homeland Security official who leads the department's Science and Technology division gave a presentation on research his team has conducted that shows the virus does not live as long in warmer and more humid temperatures. Bryan said, “the virus dies quickest in sunlight.”
"I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning," the president said during the briefing, speaking to his health officials. "As you see it gets in the lungs, it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that."
It has been and continues to be such a damning indictment of this country that we elected such an abject moron to be the president and can't get rid of him.
“The pandemic is going to take a greater toll on the conservative electorate leading into this election — and that’s simply just a calculation of age,” Andrew Johnson, the lead author and a professor of management at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, said in an interview. “The virus is killing more older voters, and in many states that’s the key to a GOP victory.”
Johnson and his colleagues Wendi Pollock and Beth M. Rauhaus projected that even with shelter-in-place orders remaining in effect, about 11,000 more Republicans than Democrats who are 65 and older could die before the election in both Michigan and North Carolina.
In Pennsylvania, should the state return to using only social distancing to fight infections, it could lose over 13,000 more Republican than Democratic voters in that age category."

Make that 15 SEC players in the first round. The SEC has the 4 highest totals drafted in the 1st round, and 6 of the top 7, all in the last 14 years.
And I have watched more of the draft in 1 night than the combined total in my life previously.

I love citrus flavors and passion fruit jellies. Dislike bubblegum
Best jellies: pear (honorable mention to toasted marshmallow and cotton candy)
Worst jellies: popcorn or black licorice
Best: Island Punch or tangerine.
Worst: black licorice, jalapeno, coconut
I'm not into jelly beans
I’ll eat them if they’re around (see earlier comment about mopping up the liquourice flavored ones) but I don’t seek them out
same
well I guess you wont become my daughter in law after all
I’ll take those black licorice ones off your hands!
you can have mine as well. Those are nasty.

What? Buttered popcorn is a very solid jelly belly flavor.
