No 1 and I changed the oil on his STi, my Miata, and I also replaced both rear window motors on my mom's Camry. The Miata oil filter is in the worst location. Super hard to get to. Under the intake manifold and not much room to get your hands in.
Yeah I remember changing the filter every few thousand miles on my miata, always hard to get a grip on the filter when removing it. I also always jacked up the car and crawled underneath it to remove the old motor oil.
I was hesitant to get under the car with the jackstands that I got off Amazon after all the Harbor Freight thing. I put the jack under the front of the car just in case. I was able to reach under and take the plug out and drain. I ended up loosening the filter while reaching under and handing it to No 1 while he was under. I'm going to have to figure out how to do it myself after he is gone. Also figure out a way to soak up the oil that drips out.
A friend of mine went to Belize in the early 90s and ended up with some kind of foot fungus from being the jungle that started eating away at the flesh on his right foot. He got it sorted out and no permanent damage but yikes.
Apart from what you've mentioned, Guatemala and Mexico. Guatemala is massively underrated. Their Spanish is super easy to understand (slow, neutral accent), breathtaking scenery due to the entire country being volcanic, and great food, cheap, and superb Mayan ruins.
One of my aunts (in a Taiwanese way; she's married to my mom's cousin) was based in Guatemala as a Taiwanese diplomat. It was always so cool to see her and my uncle's pictures (they added explanations, but my Chinese reading skills are not the best).
You won’t be surprised to hear that 1) it’s quite a posh private school, 2) as a posh private school, they have a nascent fencing team, and 3) as such my 15 y.o. knows some of Barron’s classmates.
I had a chance to live with my mom rather than my dad after their divorce. If I went with my mom, I would have attended the high school down the block - Bullis.
tl:dr A lot of people in the State dept like her; a lot others really don't; she seams focused on helping her husband's career sometimes at the expense of ethics.
Trump says he can deploy 50k, 60k,.... 75k Federal agents across the US starting with Chicago and Seattle. [Note: the US has about 100k Federal officers. This is fine. The border, prisoners, and FBI caseload will take care of itself]
You didn't expect those things to be allowed to distract from persecuting political opponents and making grandstand plays for political purposes, did you?
I heard yesterday that Erik Prince former head of Blackwater is supplying mercenaries to add to the Federal S.S. that is being assembled. He's also Betsy DeVos' brother.
I don’t particularly- but I have a soft spot for the Dodgers from when we first moved to California, going to games with friends when I was in college, that sort of thing.
Some things haven't changed. Couldn't bring myself to watch the Yankees and Regionals, but wasn't surprised that it turns out that with expanded rosters, god is in the Yankees' bullpen, and closed out the win with a thunder storm and deluge.
Forgot that the Giants and Dodgers opener was last night and not tonight, and watched the NASCAR race, and didn't get to the Giants-Dodgers game until the bottom of the 7th, with the Giants up 1-0. It then took an inning and a half, 2 Dodger at bats, for the Giants to convert that 1-0 lead into an 8-1 blowout loss, as Little League baseball broke out. Life is completely back to normal for Giants fans.
And it took all of maybe two innings for me to hate the broadcast...between everything that A-Rod said in the first game to Eduardo Perez insisting that Bradon Crawford needs to play every day due to "leadership"
We could use a few clicks on this meaningless poll.

These are some of the brands that Top Dog uses:
Calabrese: Molinari
Chicken-Apple Sausage: Courage's (Fairfield, CA) Le Pique-nique brand
Hot Links: Courage's Home brand
Bratwursts: Vienna Sausage's "Northwoods" brand
The Evergood Louisiana hot links from Costco are pretty good.
I just repaired my copier/scanner - I am unreasonably pleased with myself.

Good time to declare it the weekend and celebrate!
good work!
I replaced the front rollers in my clothes dryer a few weeks ago. I was very pleased with myself.
Weaver, Hawkins, and Davis signed rookie contracts. Ashtyn Davis' contract: 4 years, $4.9 million
4.9 per year or total?
$4.9 million over 4 years, including signing bonus. He'll have to try to re-negotiate it if he indeed becomes a standout player for the Jets.

Iguana
They eat iguanas in Belize. While I tend to eat some crazy shit, I did not partake.
Also, I do not recommend Belize. Not that it's a bad place to go, but other Central American countries stack up better.
I've heard Belize City is awful but once you get away from there the rest of the country is nice.
A friend of mine went to Belize in the early 90s and ended up with some kind of foot fungus from being the jungle that started eating away at the flesh on his right foot. He got it sorted out and no permanent damage but yikes.
ive only heard good things. Having been to Costa Rica and Roatan in Honduras (wonldnt go anywhere else in that country), which others do you prefer?

A's/Angels just went into extra innings. Ohtani (last batted out) on 2nd in T10.
Wow what a great pick by Chapman on a throw from the 1st baseman to get Ohtani in a run down.
What is Joe Maddon doing? B10 with runner on 2nd and he doesn't walk the first batter to setup a force at 3rd?

but do the yankees know that he's throwing out the first pitch?
Dr. Fauci threw out the first pitch in Washington, and missed the plate by 10 feet. Another curve that could use some flattening!
The joke going around on Twitter was that he didn't want anyone to catch anything 😛
Ha!
That was not a good pitch. He held onto the ball too long. But I have seen worse from famous people.

You’re about 40 years off on when I became mildly affiliated with the Dodgers but quite right about my level of interest.
