What's up party people? Great to see some of you in Ft. Worth. It was a good reminder of how much I miss y'all and the DBD. Now that I've settled into this not-so-new-anymore job, maybe I can sneak back on for a taste.
Having traveled some, there are pros and cons to every country. Even in countries controlled by strongmen, there usually is some kind of social safety net. Subsidized food, government jobs where unemployment is high, etc. Until recently America was weak in this area with a society moving to the haves and have-nots and a shrinking middle class. While America remains a strong country, it no longer is the shining city on a hill.
