Gotten up to 100 the last two days. I'm in Oakland, but further inland in the foothills where it's always a bit hotter than downtown.
I had air conditioning installed in my house last Wednesday. Just couldn't take these heat waves anymore. Well worth it.
Smart. I'm still suffering.
99 tops today, starting to cool off to a balmy 97. Much cooler than yesterday.
