Final game of 2020 for Cal Football is canceled
As expected.
A mere 12 hours or so since the announcement of Cal’s final game of the season, it was announced that the game against Arizona would indeed be canceled. Both Cal and Arizona were noted to not having enough players to field for competition.
Cal ends the short 2020 season, 1-3, with the Bears capping off the season with their only win against then 23-ranked Oregon.
Thank you to all the student-athletes and coaches that gave us some form of normality on the weekends for the last 2 months. Onward to Signing Day. Onward to 2021.
I've decided to celebrate this as our first season with only three losses since 2006 and you can't stop me.
