Cal is Flat in All Facets of the Game
The shooting woes returned for the Bears Men’s Basketball Team in tonight’s game against the Oregon Ducks. The starting backcourt of Joel Brown and DeJuan Clayton went 1-of-9 from the field, and combined for 1 assist. Oregon’s N’Faly Dante dominated the interior, scoring 12 points on 6-of-7 shooting, and snaring 7 rebounds.
Cal will look to bounce back Sunday when they take on the Oregon State Beavers at noon in Haas Pavilion.

As usual, Cal looks overmatched and quickly wilts when an athletic opponent ratchets up the D. Cal actually has the horses to play a somewhat similar style, absent the athletic bigs, but it is beyond Mark Fox’s capabilities…that much is sure, as Cal looks unprepared.
