Maybe that's the reason some guys portal out. They just can't make grades or they were not ready for the academic pressure. In other words they weren't good students.
Not sure that is the case, many of these transfers will be getting their Cal degrees. There are certainly edge cases but our admissions process does a good job filtering out academic non fits.
He's always been known as a "my way" guy. My unsubstantiated guess would be that he's installing a completely new offense that may not play to everyone's strengths and just like any professional environment, leaving is contagious. It's easier for them to find a team that runs an offense that will take advantage of their skill sets rather than changing themselves to fit what he wants to do, and we can find people who can fit into our needs immediately (hopefully).
Another kid I like. High 3 star with an 89 transfer score. Has a nose for the end zone.
I love a solid replacement.
Cal vs the world. Amazing how we’re always the underdog while being the #1 public school and an elite academic school.
Problem is that not too many people know that Cal is one of the best universities in the world

Good get, thanks for listing the changes I lost track.

New month, new opportunities.
Looks like Harsin is installing a completely new offense.
Looks good! Hope he can produce!
Why couldn't Harsin keep the RBs and receivers and build his offense with them?

I like it.
So Grayes is the only one left from the highly touted WR transfers from last year?
But why’d he leave Wisconsin? Hope it wasn’t a flameout
Changed offenses maybe. Was recruited for an air raid style offense now they’re running a pro style offense
wouldn't surprise me if he wanted to be closer to home (oregon).
