"Dominoes to fall" sounds like the phrase one would use when people are being let go rather than hired.

Would love it if that dude in the picture joined him.

Ya, that’s why I posted it.

He’d probably have to sit a year tho.

I don't think so, I think there was enough going on at TTU that he could probably find a waiver. Also his former teammate and former recruiting coordinator are here, so while I don't think he would have normally come out here we may stand a chance.

It will be very interesting to see how many waivers the NCAA grants...the mental health component that they've said is going to be the only approvable reason is such a dicey one...why would one guy get one and not another? That collegiate advocacy attorney in Arkansas is going to be busy....

Agreed that the Scherbenske add would be the huge driving force...Fardaws a secondary one. We'll see...kid's a baller, and there will be plenty of competition.

Yeah, but based on what I've been reading...anyone under Adams (especially if they're black) is basically going to get a free pass to transfer with a waiver. His oversteps and lack of boundaries / critical thought before speaking are pretty clear.

Yeah, sounds like he was a disaster. Not great times in Lubbock...Texas Tech fans are all over McCasland, too, including some buddies of mine. Apparently he hasn't made a great first impression with some of the fanbase.

Central Arkansas has had one winning season (18-17 record, with him) since joining D1, with or without him. Not sure there's any relevant info to be gained from that.

Seems like his background is more on the administrative side?

You’re describing a Graduate Assistant. That is a role he would be perfect for. You help out the coaching staff, learn what it takes to be a coach and still get to be around the team to be an asset for the players.

reportedly Cal is targeting 2 staffers from Utah Valley and one from Loyola Chicago. https://twitter.com/CBB_Central/status/1647455532947480577?t=AIRSG7PUob_V5gOKF319cQ&s=19

This would leave 1 spot open iirc

we both stand corrected, there are no spots left if this were to fall together

You’re only allowed five assistant coaches now, not six.

I'm sorry but what happened to all the coverage that Randle was approached to discuss possible fit and declined? What happened to all the stuff happening in his personal life right now? Is he suddenly available after all?
