Personally, I have no idea how to make any predictions with a roster of almost exclusively of new parts. I feel like a large component in making a tourney run, given the conference upgrade in competitiveness, would be to gel quickly. We didn't really find a rhythm last year until we got into conference play. Part of that was injuries, but it also took the staff a bit longer to settle on our rotations.
I'm more bummed the Duke and UNC games are different trips. Be easier for me to justify making a trip if I could knock both off the bucket list together. Also, both are on Wednesdays, although the UNC game is on Presidents Day.
That's going to be the norm. Look at UCLA's schedule. California teams will be prioritizing smaller, local universities for OOC scheduling as much as they can. I just wish we played SDSU at home, not sure what the point of playing in San Jose is.
I agree, only those would get me excited like UCLA, Arizona, Oregon or UW. It's gonna take a while, maybe forever, until I have the same rivalry feeling with ACC schools.
Scrimmage starters:
Yellow squad:
Stoja, Christian Tucker, Lee Dort, DJ Campbell, Spencer Mahoney.
Blue squad:
Rytis Petraitis, Sissoko, Jeremiah Wilkinson (FR), Blacksher, Ola Joseph.
Omot looks to be out.
20-18 blue, 10 minutes in.
At least it looks like it’ll be easier to watch the games on TV (ACC).
Hopefully we’ll have a reason to keep watching though I really believe in Madsen.
Path to bubble…
*Sweep ALL non-cons at Haas…(7-0)
*Beat SDSU in San Jose (marquee non-con win on neutral court)(1-0)
*Steal 1 at Vandy, at USC, or at Mizzou (1-2)
*Go 9-11 in ACC play
*Win at least 1 in the ACCT in Charlotte.
Bubble.
Easy peasy. ;-) ;-) ;-)
Vandy will be bad, USC and Mizzou will be average. To me 9-2 nonconf is the goal, but I think 11-0 is not impossible.
Floor is 17 wins and NIT. Ceiling is 21 wins and NCAA.

We have to defend and rebound better.
Looking forward to a winning season!! Go Bears!!
I'm trying to get some vacation moved to make the trip to Durham. Ticket prices for Cameron are obscene fr.
Open gym session tonight?
I’m gonna try and hit it. You going, P?
A little intrigued, but I'm probably not going to be able it. I have needed a reason to dust off the old '91 "Late Night at Harmon" shirt!
I’m here with @heyalumnigo…will give a recap tonight.
Wow, home schedule outside ACc not very exciting. Also, no North Carolina or Duke at home, that really sucks. Wanted to see Cooper Flagg in person.

UNC and Duke will be at Haas next year.
I personally think Miami, NC State and Wake Forest games will be great games. Those three have the talent to be special teams.
I'm guessing UNC and Duke will get rotated in as home games next season.
