for pass coverage, what is their usual: zone, man to man, cover 2/3?

With JKS's unorthodox throwing motion, will he be limited in short routes in the middle of the field, as those will readily be tipped or hit helmets? A big defensive line would essentially shut down that part of the gameplan, no?
