L.A. market is huge. The Clippers and Charges left for L.A. Raiders went to L.A. for a spell. Rams are back in L.A. Anaheim Angels are called Los Angeles. In order to survive as a standalone entity, the Pac12 needs to be in L.A. UCB are the Golden Bears, UCLA are Bruins, this entity will be called the Grizzly Bears.
