Sounds like a great opportunity. I feel like this year we finally have figured out how to feature our TEs in the passing game effectively, so it would be a loss. But perhaps losing him would also open up an opportunity for hiring a special teams coach, which given how the year played out w/o one, feels like a bigger need.
It would be a shame to lose him. On the other hand, if our assistants consistently get hired off to be head coaches, I would think that would make this an attractive coaching tree to become a part of.

Ron Gould went to be head coach at Davis too. He's RB coach with the Rams now.
IMO, the most important offensive coaches to keep are Spav and Bloesch.
