BREAKING: Colorado is gone to the Big 12 in 2024
Ignore everything I just said, Buffs are out of here
30 minutes ago, I wrote that Colorado was holding a meeting about leaving for the Big 12 according to Brett McMurphy, Pete Thamel, and Dennis Dodd. So about that, Colorado has escalated this ten fold and McMurphy is now reporting that the Buffs move is a done deal starting in 2024.

At Pac 12 media day, commissioner George Kliavkoff assumed a united front as he took the stage in Las Vegas, stating that a media deal was imminent and things were looking fine. Colorado did not buy in and are looking towards the midwest as a former member of the Big 8. Colorado AD Rick George telling Pete Thamel, “We are where we are. We’ve just got to figure it out” was clearly a signal of dissatisfaction and now Colorado has made their intentions full well and known. Welcome to the Pac 9……for now.
Perhaps the Saudis would like or be interested in a LIV style college football league?
It's going to end up the exact way I thought it would:
Cal, Stanford, Washington, Oregon: Big 10
Arizona, Arizona State, Utah, Colorado: Big 12
Washington State, Oregon State: Mountain West OR Big 12.
