This is great news. Defensive recruiting has never been a problem for Wilcox and his staff. Now if he can only get things right on offense and special teams.

That is big considering how good the quarterbacks are in the A.C.C. If cal can recruit some people to replace the defensive backs that we have we may have something. I'm not worried about the quarterback because the recruit saw how good our quarterback was and knows he's not going to get playing time for at least two years.

Cal's recruiting class is ranked #77 out of 100!!! Way to go Bears! Who the hell is the recruiting coordinator; is it Jim Knowlton? Whomever it is should be drawn and quartered. This "Meh"shit has got to stop or Cal should go the University of Chicago route (Ultimate Frisbee Berkeley Bear Furry Flippers). Cal's athletics are just a cut above junior college level. This thing has got to get turned around no matter whose head rolls! Enough is enough, pretty soon nobody is going to give a shit about "CAL", oops my bad, I mean "Berkeley."

Hmmm. you're so positive. I remember Mendoza's rating. uh, maybe a 2. A. Rodgers was not rated. Lynch, what was his?

My comment was not directed towards this recruit at all. In fact, he is probably one the better commitments. My comment was about the class as a whole and the program's failure to secure the talent to crawl out of the massive hole they're in. Wilcox is a saint of a man to hang in with Cal in the Carol Christ - Jim Knowlton era, but sadly he's a mediocre coach.

lower the entrance requirements for athletes and we'd get a lot more signings. No. That's not going happen here or a furd.

That's because he'll play right away there. Not here with Fernando at the helm.
