Jeeeez I guess anybody can become a HC in America. If I owned a hot dog stand, I wouldn't hire Ragle to run it. I suppose, however, we will miss the occasional 'croot from AZ.
To be fair, he's probably better suited as an HC than a specific team coordinator. I similarly wouldnt be sure, without more information, that Gerald Alexander would be a good Defensive Coordinator but suspect he would be an awesome college head coach. I would also expect you to own a tamale stand, not at diggity dogg one, To be fair.
Wish him the best! Whoever our head coach is will need an upgrade at that position. But we have to wonder if Ragle leaving says anything about Wilcox's situation?
The moves back to Cal Poly for Baldwin and Edwards are arguably not better gigs. Troy Taylor made a similar move from Utah to Sac State and made it work bigtime. But Cal Poly has really struggled the past two seasons.
I don't watch enough Cal Poly football to really say, but my understanding is they were a triple-option team before he took over, so he has to totally revamp that personnel to his offense. Say what you will about his offense at the P5 level, but his years of success at Eastern Washington suggest he knows what he's doing at the FCS level. If they can be patient at Cal Poly, I wouldn't be surprised if he can eventually get them back on track.
Maybe the next Cooper Kupp will show up. SLO seems like a backwater to me. I drive by there all the time and wonder how a football team in a place that's nowhere near a metro population can be fully supported. I know it's a destination school that gets more applicants than it can accept. When I think of FCS schools that have a chance of being the next Boise State, I think of Sacramento. I grew up there and go back every year to visit family. I can tell you there is nothing going on in a greater metro area of a million people if you throw out the basketball Kings in the downtown area. If Troy Taylor stays there and continues to build on a 14-1 Big Sky conference record in his first two seasons and some money people stet in, look out.
Well that's not a news I expected to read haha
He must be a damn good interview.
Thank God.

No way he would ever get near me taco truck, so I downgraded him to hot dogs which seemed apropos.
Good for him. Better for us.
Great for everyone.

Well that brightened my day!
Huh? Umm, OK.
Not the worst Bengals head coaching job

WELCOME COACH JEFF BANKS AND GIA THE MONKEY
what about Pole Assassin?
She so classy
Great move for him, indeed! Love the personality, and the recruiting chops. As long as his replacement isn't named Tammerdahl, I'm good.
Sonny just hired him at TCU

I'm surprised Dykes didn't bring Leavitt with him at DC and definitely disappointed he didn't hire his SMU cornerbacks coach (Stefan McClure)
CB/safety
What if the replacement is named Tommerdahl? Will that be okay?
Good luck and nice move for him
He's replacing, if I recall correctly, the "bar fighter" HC?
Good luck!
