Not surprised. Joel deserves a chance to show off his potential in a system that knows how to use him. And, of course, proud of him getting the degree.
Askew should be coming off his injury, so that means 2 players. And honestly Robinson was better than a walk-on - he was a starter at CCSF, so consider him a low level JC transfer.
In this new world of free agency, though I hope he stays, I think Devin could get some pretty good $$ from another school; transfer would appear not unlikely if it’s what he wants; with his talent and numbers (when healthy) and the current NIL landscape in major college basketball - options may present themselves. If he receives a clean bill of health, I think he’ll consider striking a deal to move on. Agree with you on Wrenn BTW.…
That would be a tough pickle in terms of waivers. If he does elect to go that route that's 4 schools in 4 years (Kentucky, Texas, Cal, TBD) which may be more trouble than its worth.
I hope Newell, Bowser and ND decide to stay!
a true warrior and bear
he made a major leap this year offensively, and has always been a lockdown defender
agree, he would prosper in a different scheme
congrats from graduating from Haas School of Business, and good luck

Best wishes, Joel.
Give Shaka Smart a call - you'd be nails in his system.
Best of luck Joel! I hope you get to experience some on-the-court success.
Good luck Joel. He was cat quick. Something you can't coach. Now we are down to a walk-on at the PG position I guess.

"If I can't have Mark Fox as my coach, I don't want to play here." Good luck Joel!
Well played, deehart!
Congrats to Joel on his degree, and I hope he finds a good program where he can have some fun in his final year of college hoops.
