I know Tosh can recruit 4* and 5* players. I don't know if Cal has the money to sign all the players Tosh recruits.

Tosh's defense is shutting out Texas Tech
The defense looks great, but TT's offense is also piss poor. Weird play calls with worse execution. The INT in the end zone was a total facepalm.
