Scoreline: Cal wins 24-10

You don't want to overlook any opponents, so Cal will have to stay focused and not take anything for granted. However, it seems likely that Cal will use this opportunity to let some starters heal up against a very young, very green SDSU team. I've watched their games, but I also can't forget how spooky they were to Cal in the past.

Scoreline: Cal wins 38-10

One of those rare, comfortable wins for a Wilcox team. Not even a post-Auburn letdown will jeopardize the Bears' chances against an SDSU team this bad.

Scoreline: Cal wins 55-10

SDSU is probably playing their toughest defense so far this season and a top 10 defense by most metrics. They also couldnt score on Oregon State last week as well. Momentum after a win like last week carries and we come out guns blazing to get right on offense after two weeks of good but not great offense. #drop50 returns to memorial for a weekend.

It would be easy for Cal to come out a little flat after their great win at Auburn. I anticipate that the first half will be a bit of a slog but then the Bears showcase that they are the better team and notch win No. 3 of the season despite the lack of style points

No more 31-17 type of games against inferior teams. This is not a lull game between 2 large challenges. Cal dominates from the beginning to maintain the energy from the Auburn win in order to carry it into next week's FSU clash.
