The Bears secured the transfer of Dejuan Clayton earlier this week. The Bears have now added two point guards this cycle after the loss of Jordan Shepherd and Makale Foreman.

The 6-2 guard from Bowie, Maryland played 5 years for Coppin State before transferring to Hartford last season. Clayton played only two games for Hartford and missed the rest of the season with a shoulder injury.
Welcome to Berkeley, Dejuan!
Thank you Rob. Sounds like a solid addition...not much of a shooter, but looks like he can get to the tin and run an offense...good insurance if Askew has to sit, as expected.
There are rumblings that DJ Thorpe is going to retire for medical reasons, leaving Lars Thiemann and incoming FR ND Okafor as the ONLY post options...does anyone else find this to be a major issue?
Nice pick up
