Onto your recruiting tidbit of the day.
After USC fired Andy Enfield and replaced him with Eric Musselman, power forward Brody Kozlowski reopened his recruitment, and now he has the California Golden Bears in his top five.
Kozlowski is a strong, physical forward who can score inside and also extend to the 3pt line. A smart, tough defender who plays with a very high motor. #91 in the ESPN100.
Also in the mix are the BYU Cougars, Nevada Wolfpack, SMU Mustangs and Stanford Cardinal. It’s worth noting Enfield is the new coach at SMU.
A consensus four-star prospect, Kozlowski is ranked as a top-100 prospect, ranked 93rd in the nation by 247Sports Composite (22nd best power forward, 3rd best Utah prospect), 92nd by Rivals (13th best power forward), and 91st by ESPN (18th best power forward). Kozlowski averaged 20.4 points, 8.6 rebounds and 2.9 assists in his senior season, with impressive shooting splits of 49-43-89.
